Intake
You load the employee register from a spreadsheet or one by one. Never ID or Iqama numbers.

You enter the month's changes
Absences, overtime, joiners and leavers, loans. Ten minutes, then press "Send to Mohamed".

Pay statements, the GOSI change list and the bank sheet, checked line by line against the Labor Law.

You approve
Read Mohamed's note and press Approve. Only then do the pay slips and the bank sheet print.

Renewals and cases
Reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before anything expires. A case gets the lawful step, and Mohamed replies within one business day.

Headcount and cost, employer GOSI and end-of-service liability, then thirty minutes with Mohamed to go through it.

Do you work with small companies?
Yes. I support teams of 1 to 100, from a single women's salon or café (the small-business band starts at SAR 1,900 a month for up to 10 employees) to a trading company that needs HR structure without a full in-house team. Larger companies get a fixed quote.
Are you a replacement for a full HR department?
For most SMEs, yes. A monthly retainer covers payroll, renewals, cases and employee relations, at a fraction of the cost of a full team. Hiring is priced per hire.
Can you work with our existing accountant or PRO?
Yes. The usual setup is HR owning the process and data, while your accountant handles payments and your PRO handles submissions.
Do the free tools store our data?
The tracker saves your list only in this browser, on this device, and the calculators save nothing. Nothing is sent to us, and we never ask for ID numbers.
