Who we are
This website is run by Mohamed Thabet (Thabet HR Advisory), an independent HR consultant in Saudi Arabia. Questions about your data: hello@thabethr.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send. On the contact form: your name, a WhatsApp number or an email, your company size, the service you are interested in and your message. When you unlock the document library: your email and company name. We never ask for Iqama, passport or national ID numbers, and we ask you not to send them.
Free tools and documents
The Salary & Deductions Calculator, the Case & Disciplinary Advisor, the Saudization, end-of-service and leave calculators, the Document Expiry Tracker and the document library all run in your browser. What you type into them stays on your device and is not sent to us. The tracker and the library remember your entries on your device only, so you can come back to them.
The client workspace
Clients sign in with an email and password to a private workspace. There they enter their company details and employee records (names, jobs, wages, contract and document expiry dates), monthly payroll inputs, case notes and, with the Books & bills add-on, supplier bills (supplier, amount, due date, reference; never bank details). The workspace never asks for Iqama, passport or national ID numbers. Each company's records are visible only to the people the owner invites and to Mohamed, who reviews the monthly payroll and cases; a licensed accountant partner sees financial records only, and only when named in the client's agreement. Emails about renewals, payroll and cases are sent through our email provider (Resend) to the addresses the owner sets. Records are kept for the length of the engagement and deleted within 30 days of the end of the service or of a written request; the owner can also export the register and delete employees and documents at any time. For employee data the client company is the controller and we act as its processor, as set out in the Terms of use.
The front desk assistant and the voice demo
The chat bubble on every page and the screening line demo are AI assistants run by our provider ElevenLabs. They start only when you open them, and the microphone is used only if you choose to talk and allow it in your browser. What you type or say is processed by ElevenLabs to run the conversation and is kept for up to 30 days so we can check quality, then deleted. Please don't share ID numbers, salaries of named people or health details with the assistant. It gives general information, not legal advice.
Booking a call
The Book a call buttons open Google Calendar's booking page. The name and email you enter there are handled by Google under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your consultation and follow up about the service or resource you asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept and how it is protected
The site is hosted by Lovable and every page is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form submissions and workspace records are stored in a secured database run by our provider (Supabase); form submissions can be read only by Mohamed, behind a password, and workspace records only by that company's members and Mohamed. To stop automated spam, the site briefly checks the internet address a form is sent from; that address is not saved with your request. Our providers may process data on servers outside Saudi Arabia, under their own security and privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers your language choice on your device. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs and overall visit counts.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Client records are then kept for as long as the engagement and the law require.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what data we hold about you, get a copy, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@thabethr.com and we will reply within 30 days.
