What happens after you book
The free call is twenty minutes. If we go ahead, this is the process, month by month. Nothing hidden, nothing automatic without your approval.

- 1Once, in week one
Intake
You sign in to your client workspace and load the employee register (name, job, wage, GOSI category, contract type, document expiry dates) from a spreadsheet or one by one. Never ID or Iqama numbers. Contracts and work regulations come by email.
- 2By the 20th
You enter the month's changes
Absences, overtime, new joiners and leavers, loans, anything that changes pay, in the payroll page of your workspace. Ten minutes. Then press "Send to Mohamed".
- 3Within 2 working days
The workspace calculates, Mohamed checks
A pay statement per employee with every deduction capped as the Labor Law requires, the GOSI change list, the bank transfer sheet and the deduction notices are calculated the moment you send. Mohamed checks them line by line and marks the month reviewed.
- 4Before payday
You approve
You get an email, open the month, read Mohamed's note and press Approve, or reopen it to change something. Only then do the pay slips, the GOSI list and the bank sheet print. You or your accountant pay through the bank; you or your PRO file on GOSI and Mudad.
- 5All month
Renewals and cases
Iqamas, work permits, Baladiya cards, insurance and company licences sit in your renewals page with email reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry (you choose the days). A complaint, an absence or a disciplinary matter becomes a case: you get the lawful step and the deadlines at once, the letters are in the library, and Mohamed replies within one business day.
- 6First week of the next month
Monthly report and call
The monthly report prints from the approved month: headcount and cost, employer GOSI, end-of-service liability, GOSI changes, with the Saudization position and renewals on your overview. Thirty minutes with Mohamed to go through it.
Four hands on every month
Calculates every statement, list, sheet and report from your records the moment you send them, applies the Labor Law's deduction limits, and sends the reminders, in Arabic and English.
Checks every item against the Labor Law before it reaches you, signs the monthly report, and takes the call when a case is sensitive.
Approve. Sign what needs a signature. Decide on the cases that need a decision.
Pay and submit: the bank upload, GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem. We prepare their work; they keep their role.
Health Check and Starter Kit
HR Health Check, two weeks
You answer a short questionnaire and share your contracts, policies and a sample payroll. We review them against the Labor Law, GOSI, WPS and Nitaqat and hand you a written findings report with a priority action list, then a 60-minute call. The fee is credited to your first month if you continue within 30 days.
Start the questionnaireHR Starter Kit, four to six weeks
Week one: intake and a scope letter. Weeks two to four: policy manual, employee handbook, contract templates, job descriptions, the payroll and GOSI/WPS setup, the expiry tracker loaded with your documents. Weeks five to six: onboarding process and a training session for whoever runs HR day to day. You approve each document before it is final.

What we never do
- We never log in to Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI or Muqeem on your behalf, and we never hold your government or bank passwords.
- We never pay, send or file anything without your written approval.
- We never store ID or iqama numbers, in the free tools or in the client workspace; client records are kept only for the engagement and deleted on request.
- We never give legal rulings; for a dispute that is heading to court, we prepare the file and point you to a lawyer.
Twenty minutes to see if it fits
Bring one real problem: a renewal you keep missing, a payroll you are not sure about, an employee case. You leave with the next step.
